Steps for a focused and effective planning process
Your needs are unique to you, so we never offer pre-packaged solutions.
We will meet with you to gain a full understanding of your personal and financial needs and your current financial picture. Together, we will ensure you have defined your objectives and goals, including timelines.
Northfront will design your financial plan and Investment Policy Statement. This includes a proposed allocation and target return based on your plan. Your advisor will walk through your custom financial plan ensuring it meets your needs and goals.
Working as your fiduciary advisor, Northfront will implement the investment strategies as designed in your plan and Investment Policy Statement. Your accounts will receive ongoing monitoring and management.
Based on your situation we will have update meetings arranged in order to review progress towards your goals and objectives. We will also discuss any changes or concerns you may have regarding your personal or financial interests.
Transparent and Frequent Performance Updates
Investment statements provided by your custodian (Raymond James Correspondent Services) on a monthly basis, either by email or to your online client portal.
Quarterly Performance Reports
Quarterly Performance Reports outlining your return, as well as asset allocation and account positions, provided one month following the end of each quarter, either by mail or to your online client portal.
Portfolio Manager Commentary provided through the year by email and within reporting as a means to share key updates on market and investment drivers.
Year in Review
An annual written and video summary of investment and fund performance from the past year, and a look forward at market trends and analysis that may impact portfolios.
